I believe that self-love is a daily practice - a commitment which we remake every single day and use to navigate the decisions in our lives. Seeing self-love as a practice rather than as a journey from beginning to end has been instrumental in helping me to be my own ally, and I have had the privilege of helping many audience members and clients to see themselves in that way too. Emerging from my own struggles with self-loathing and self-harm encouraged me to offer tools and guidance to others, and that's why I created this particular spread design.
