Get full accountability with these THREE or SIX high-powered sessions..
All sessions take place over Zoom.
(Sessions can be for both written and art journals)
So many people acknowledge the benefits of a regular journaling practice whilst also procrastinating on it! Many lean on excuses about lack of time, or prioritize pretty much everything else above the journaling habit. The voice of the inner critic sometimes loudly insists that nothing will ever be good enough to put in the journal, or apathy takes over and says, 'Journaling is pointless - it won't help.' Weeks or months go by and the resistance gets more pronounced. You're missing out on the benefits of such a strengthening practice, and it's bothering you..
This package of three sessions is designed to leave you feeling fizzy and accomplished after spending a delicious chunks of time absorbed into your journaling practice. We will be working alongside each other - both spending time with our journals.
You may come into our work together with a very strong sense of what you want to achieve, in which case I will act as your cheerleader and journalling 'date'. But you may come into the work with no real sense of what could work for your needs. In that case, I will offer solid ideas for prompts and exercises! Throughout the sessions, I will time each individual journalling exercise/aim and let you know when the time is almost up. We can talk between tasks to check in with emotions and share our thoughts on the process. You'll leave the sessions with a sense that you've actually made progress in your journal.. and so will I! This is a deep collaboration with measurable results.
