1: In the initial talk, I offer some tips for starting off on the right note. I discuss the importance of clarifying your goals and placing them into three categories, as well as finding a way to record your sessions and progress. I offer some advice for gym-buddy relationships and encourage you to research routines and advice. You will be encouraged to get real, get clear, get comfortable and get spiritual!

2: This second talk is packed with tips for maintaining consistency and actually enjoying your gym sessions. I go into the art of multi-tasking at the gym, as well as offering important reminders about finding healthy inspiration, pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and checking in with your intentions regularly.

3: The final installment offers some tips to help you deepen your intentions, taking them beyond simply aesthetic goals. I suggest some mindsets to take into the gym with you for a great session, and I encourage you to notice how regular gym sessions are positively impacting your life. It’s a high-vibe way to round things off.
