Clutter Bug consists of THREE exclusive audio rambles, combined to offer approximately 60 minutes of guidance and tools for healing your relationship with your space and possessions. The three segments form a cohesive workshop for restructuring your ideas and behaviours. Dancing -as always- in the terrain between spirituality and psychology, I offer suggestions to get you out of your current resistance and into action. 1: In this initial talk, I list some of the key reasons that people find themselves in a cycle of clutter and disorganisation. The list is not exhaustive, but it is intended to get you thinking about your own issues in more depth, as well as how to get past the issues and find yourself in a clutter-free space!

2: This second talk is packed with suggestions to help you get started and keep up the good decluttering habit! I’m throwing all the suggestions your way, so get ready to try some of them out and enjoy seeing the results!

3: The final installment approaches the possibility of being a recovered clutter bug once and for all, never going back to your former ways. If you want to remain in control of your space long-term, this final part is super important!
